Our well wishes go out to those affected by Hurricane Irma. We were very lucky! (Well, maybe Jenna's car wasn't lucky)

Nova Scotia and the Cape Breton Island were beautiful beyond words. We hiked in the clouds, caught breathtaking views and camped overlooking Lighthouse Route!

Hiking, biking and brewing in Acadia, Maine have been some of the highlights of our Mindful Trail Adventures! What a great place to spend out 10th Anniversary!

Visiting the D.C. area provided time to visit family, meditate and let Rukah take a swim in the Potomac at amazing Pohick Bay Regional Park! We learned about George Mason by visiting G.M.U. and one of his homesteads.

While staying near Asheville N.C., we were visited Mt. Mitchell, motorcycled on the Blue Ridge Parkway and did a a few hikes to Skinny Dip Falls, Mt. Pisgah and more!

Jekyll Island in Georgia was our first stop! We were on our way to view the total eclipse! We biked, kayaked and hiked through some amazing natural areas like Driftwood Beach!
